Taste the Rainbow: Create a Rainbow of Healthy Food


According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, children from preschool to age eight need 1 ½ cups of vegetables and 1 ½ cups of fruit each day. But getting your child to eat his fair share of fruits and vegetables can sometimes be difficult. Here is a project to inspire your child to start eating super healthy: Make a Rainbow healthy food! In this activity, keeping your child will be a rainbow of color, glue on fruits and vegetables, and monitoring of super healthy foods she eats during the week of a colorful way.

What you do:
